1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the FSSSHOP.COM online store, placing orders for products available in the store, delivering purchased products, making payments by the Customer, handling complaints, and protecting personal data.
2. The Terms of Service are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded between the Store and the Customer.
3. Placing an order in the store is equivalent to accepting these Terms of Service.
4. The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with applicable laws, good practices, and the provisions of these Terms.
5. Lack of knowledge of these Terms of Service does not exempt the Customer from complying with them.
§ 2. Orders
1. Orders can be placed 24/7 through the website fssshop.com.
2. Placing an order constitutes a sales agreement between the Customer and the Store.
3. The Store reserves the right to change product prices, introduce new products, and modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
§ 3. Payment Methods
1. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, ensuring full transaction security.
2. Accepted payment methods include:

4. The Store does not store any customer card data.
§ 4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
1. Orders are processed automatically and immediately after the payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in the product description or during checkout.
2. In some cases, order processing may take up to 48 hours.
3. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
§ 5. Complaints and Support
1. The Store is liable for physical or legal defects of the sold products in accordance with applicable civil law regulations.
2. Complaints must be submitted exclusively via our official Discord server: discord.gg/fss-shop
3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date of submission.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the Store will replace the product or refund the product cost, including shipping if applicable.
§ 6. Returns
1. The Customer has the right to request a return within a maximum of 48 hours after the purchase.
2. Returns/replaces are only possible for products that are not licenses for cheat/spoofer keys. Digital products such as licenses or cheat keys are non-refundable.
3. To request a return, the Customer must contact our support team via Discord: discord.gg/fss-shop
4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
§ 7. Personal Data Protection
1. The administrator of Customer data is the owner of FSSSHOP.COM.
2. Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment and, if the Customer has consented, for marketing purposes in compliance with GDPR regulations.
3. Customers have the right to access their data, correct it, or request deletion.

§ 8. Final Provisions
1. The Store reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes become effective on the day of publication on the website and apply to orders placed after that date.
2. In matters not covered by these Terms, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
3. These Terms of Service are effective as of their publication on fssshop.com.
